1. About these terms

StudyFlow is operated by Omari Campbell ("we", "us", "the seller"). By creating an account or continuing to use StudyFlow, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. You are contracting with Omari Campbell. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

StudyFlow is a student productivity app that provides an AI-powered writing assistant, flashcard generation, quiz generation, writing analysis, and note-taking tools. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan.

3. Eligibility

StudyFlow is intended for students and learners aged 13 and older. If you are under 13, you may not create an account or use the service. School administrators or educators may use StudyFlow in accordance with their institution's policies.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including:

• Using the service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam.
• Infringing intellectual-property rights of others.
• Interfering with the security or operation of the service, including introducing malware, probing, or scraping.
• Reverse engineering, reselling, redistributing, or circumventing usage limits of the service.

For AI-generated content specifically: you must not use the service to produce illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, or malware. You are responsible for your inputs, how you use outputs, and for verifying the accuracy of AI-generated content. AI outputs may be inaccurate and are not a substitute for professional or academic advice. StudyFlow is a study aid, not a replacement for doing your own learning and verification.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including software, documentation, and branding. You retain ownership of the content you create; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed as subscriptions that renew until cancelled. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

8. Service level

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When your access ends, your content may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where required by law.
