How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact our support team and we'll help you. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Free trials
Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. Cancel any time before the trial ends from the billing portal and you won't be charged.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. After cancellation you keep access until the end of your current paid billing period.
